Parent Teacher Interviews November 24th  ONLINE SIGN UP FOR PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS BEGINS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 18TH AT 7:00 AM.


Students are welcomed and encouraged to attend the interviews with their parents.
 

Early Dismissal Thursday, November 24--Busses will pick up three hours early

REPORT CARDS

Will be sent home with students on Friday, Dec. 2nd. Please sign and return the report card envelope to the Advisory teacher on Monday, Dec. 5th

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

English 8-1 and English 8-2 Compare and Contrast Essays--Students are working on the their outlines and rough drafts.

Socials 8-2
This week we began "The Roots of Islam"  ASk your child about some very interesting conversations we have had in class about Islam, Muslims and misconceptions in society today.

 

French 8-4

Continuing with ER Verbs.  Double Verb conjugation and using the negative.

Next week--the verb ALLER--to go.

 We dedicated our two Socials classes this week to Remembrance Day.  Students will be bringing home a copy of Canada Remember Times to share with their families.  They will also be writing a response to one of the articles in the handout.
